Lincoln Financial Group presents: Lemon Fresh Day
The party is at the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge Plaza on Friday, July 8 as Bridge Beats features live music by Lemon Fresh Day! The next free summer concert series presented by the City of Omaha Parks and Recreation department will also include an interactive chalk walk and La Casa food truck!
Lemon Fresh Day is a dance party cover band from Omaha performing a mix of all music styles and genres, as long as it gets you dancing and in the ‘party mood’!!! Covering Top 40, Rock, Pop, Country, R&B, Hair Metal, Grunge, Rap, Classics, Alternative, and more. – you get the best songs from every channel on your radio dial. Lemon Fresh Day has been entertaining public and private events locally, regionally and nationally for nearly 20 years; they are now one of the most popular and recognizable names in live cover music.
The “Chalk Walk” brought to you by the National Park Service will feature local artist Kristin Pluhacek and ephemeral artist Matt Seeley with the creation of large scale insects, flowers, and more. The interactive art will include something for everyone, from coloring book sections to free form areas, all coming together to celebrate the centennial for the National Park Service.
As always, the family friendly concert begins at 6:00pm and runs until 9:30pm. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair, blanket and a picnic basket with plenty of water. La Casa is the featured food truck vendor this week, and Harney Street Tavern will also have drinks available.
